City of Norwich Half Marathon 2010

Rearranged date - Sunday 13 March 2011, Norfolk Showground, start 11am

We are delighted to announce that the 26th City of Norwich Half Marathon - originally scheduled for Sunday 28 November 2010 - will now take place on Sunday 13 March 2011, starting and finishing at the Norfolk Showground.

Having postponed the race on its original date due to severe weather conditions rendering the course unfit for racing, we now have all our fingers and toes crossed that the new date will be blessed with warm spring sunshine!

All runners who registered for the November race have now been automatically transferred to the new date when they should use the race number and timing chip already issued to them.  We are sending an email to everyone involved to confirm these arrangements.

For anyone who missed the November deadline, registration for the new date will open via the Runner’s World online entry system on Saturday 11 December 2010 and will close when the race limit of 3,000 is reached or at midnight on Saturday 5 March 2011, whichever is the earlier.
